Terms of Service

Terms and conditions for using Frame3D.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of Frame3D (the "Service"), including the Frame3D API and related website features.

2. Service Description

We provide an API that generates rendered images from 3D model files based on parameters you supply. The current functionality is described on the website and in the documentation, and may change over time.

3. Conclusion of Contract and Credits

  1. The use of the API is subject to a fee and is based on "Credits".
  2. The contract is concluded by the registration of the Customer and the purchase of Credits.
  3. Expiration of Credits: Purchased Credits are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. After this period, unused Credits expire without replacement.

4. Pricing and changes

We may change pricing, rate limits, or the way credits are consumed (for example per request or per output) in the future. Changes will apply to future usage. If a change materially disadvantages you, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.

5. Obligations of the customer

  1. The Customer is obliged to keep their access data (API Keys) secret.
  2. The Customer may not upload any illegal content or malware via the API.

6. Warranty and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or technical issues caused by third parties.

We are fully liable for damages caused by intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded, particularly for lost profits, indirect damages, or data loss.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if (a) you violate these Terms, (b) your use poses a security risk, (c) we are required to do so by law, or (d) to prevent abuse or harm. Where reasonable, we will provide notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Final provisions

  1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
  2. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the contract remains valid in other respects.
